D<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i\u00e1kjaink nyitottan \u00e9s \u00e9rdekl\u0151dve hallgatt\u00e1k a k\u00f6zpont munkat\u00e1rsainak \u00e9s a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g tagjainak t\u00f6rt\u00e9neteit, mik\u00f6zben akt\u00edv p\u00e1rbesz\u00e9det folytattak vel\u00fck. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A besz\u00e9lget\u00e9sek sor\u00e1n vil\u00e1goss\u00e1 v\u00e1lt sz\u00e1mukra egy alapvet\u0151 igazs\u00e1g: az oktat\u00e1s kulcsszerepet j\u00e1tszik egy jobb j\u00f6v\u0151 megteremt\u00e9s\u00e9ben. Olyan \u00e1tgondolt k\u00e9rd\u00e9seket tettek fel, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul: \u201eTapasztalnak-e egyenl\u0151tlens\u00e9geket a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gben?\u201d vagy \u201eMindenki sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra el\u00e9rhet\u0151-e az alapvet\u0151 eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi ell\u00e1t\u00e1s?\u201d, amelyek r\u00e9v\u00e9n m\u00e9lyebb meg\u00e9rt\u00e9st nyertek a glob\u00e1lis interakci\u00f3k \u00e9s a t\u00e1rsadalmi t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9seir\u0151l \u2013 helyi \u00e9s nemzetk\u00f6zi szinten egyar\u00e1nt.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l\u00e1togat\u00e1s k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s jelent\u0151s\u00e9get kapott egy kor\u00e1bbi p\u00e9lda nyom\u00e1n: a tavalyi hasonl\u00f3 program sor\u00e1n egy 7. oszt\u00e1lyos tanul\u00f3t annyira meg\u00e9rintett\u00e9k a hallottak, hogy saj\u00e1t kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9sbe kezdett. Elind\u00edtott egy adom\u00e1nygy\u0171jt\u0151 akci\u00f3t, amely m\u00e1ra Changemaker Project n\u00e9ven ismert, folyamatosan m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 projekt lett iskol\u00e1nkban. Ez a kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9kes t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st ny\u00fajt a Hajd\u00fahadh\u00e1zi K\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi K\u00f6zpontnak, \u00e9s ragyog\u00f3 p\u00e9ld\u00e1ja annak, hogyan v\u00e1lhat a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi szolg\u00e1lati tanul\u00e1s val\u00f3di t\u00e1rsadalmi hat\u00e1s\u00fa kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9ss\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A projekt azt is bizony\u00edtja, hogy egyetlen di\u00e1k egy\u00fctt\u00e9rz\u00e9se, kezdem\u00e9nyez\u0151k\u00e9szs\u00e9ge \u00e9s vezet\u0151i k\u00e9pess\u00e9ge k\u00e9pes pozit\u00edv v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1st gener\u00e1lni \u2013 nemcsak a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g, hanem az eg\u00e9sz t\u00e1rsadalom \u00e9let\u00e9ben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di\u00e1kjaink gazdagabb tud\u00e1ssal, m\u00e9lyebb emp\u00e1ti\u00e1val \u00e9s egy fontos felismer\u00e9ssel t\u00e9rtek vissza err\u0151l a k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges l\u00e1togat\u00e1sb\u00f3l: a m\u00e9lt\u00e1nyoss\u00e1g \u00e9s a fejl\u0151d\u00e9s nem csup\u00e1n elm\u00e9leti fogalmak, hanem k\u00e9zzelfoghat\u00f3 val\u00f3s\u00e1g \u2013 mindennapi kih\u00edv\u00e1sok \u00e9s lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek, amelyekkel emberek nap mint nap szemben\u00e9znek.
